With the inception of Internet Explorer 7.x and the new Windows Vista, many of you may be suprised to find that you can no longer access an FTP session using Internet Explorer.

The work around to this is to use Windows Explorer (the main GUI - Graphical User Interface - for Windows) please do the following for correct operation:

Navigate to Start -> Run   type in the following command  explorer ftp://ftp.yourdomainname.com  (be sure to substitute "yourdomain.com" with your correct domain information i.e.  ftp.google.ca  or ftp.microsoft.com  ...

 Alternatively we suggest a fine ftp program ( which is free of charge for all that use it ) called Filezilla here is the download link for this program...

 Choose the setup file for the program (this is windows based).
