Your E-mail messages stay in Outlook

Ensure the email address of the recipient is correct

Check Attachment type or name (Outlook and Outlook Express may block certain attachement types, you compress the attachment to .zip format and resend.)

You experience errors during attempts to send messages Confirm that your SMTP (Outgoing) Mail Server info is correctly setup. If this information is correct, please contact your ISP. You can use our SMTP, our knowledge base has this information available search for SMTP for further instructions.
You experience an error message "0x800ccc0f" during Send / Recieve operation in Outlook Please navigate here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813514 Microsoft support article relating to this error.
You experience errors during attempts to recieve messages Confirm your POP (Incoming) mail server information is correct. If this information is correct please contact Cybernetfinder Support http://cybernetfinder.net/cerberus-gui/support-center/index.php login or register and let us know the exact error message you are recieving.
You attempt to login to the Webmail tool fails Ensure you have the correct url, the format would be http://mail.yourdomain.com (or .org or whatever applies to your domain.
